This Privacy Policy describes how Across Project Logistics Oy (hereinafter — the “Company”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data of users who interact with the website across-projects.com (hereinafter — the “Website”).   • processing quotation requests;
  • improving the Website’s functionality and User experience;

The Company does not use personal data for profiling or automated decision-making.

  • Hotjar
  • Tilda Publishing (website platform, hosting, and form processing)
  • Built-in CRM tools inside Tilda
These services may process anonymized analytical data; all processing complies with their respective privacy policies.

The Company does not transfer data to third parties except in cases:
  • required for responding to the User’s request;
  • mandated by law;
  • necessary for proper operation of Website forms.

The Company does not intentionally transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
If technical tools (Google Analytics, Meta, Hotjar) transfer data, this is performed under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
12. Amendments to the Privacy Policy
The Company may update the Policy periodically.
